This weekend was packed with family, friends and lots of fun. I don't even know where to begin. Let's see....My friends in Portland threw me a baby shower on Sunday, so some of my Seattle friends came down on Saturday night. It was fun to hangout, laugh and talk with them till late at night. Its so refreshing to have people around with whom I have history. I love the new friends in Portland, but there is something to be said for the feeling of being known. With Genessa, Sheryl and Kristi here, I was able to relax and engage in a different way, which I really appreciated. (more to come on the shower, after I get some pics).
After the Baby Shower, we went to Morgan Davis' annual referral party. Each year, Morgan, our neighbor, throws an outrageous party for all the people who have referred him real estate business. This year, the party was 40's theme and I didn't think i would be dressing up, but I was able to pull a little something together. We had a great night with friends, dancing and great food.
