Rader John

Sadly, I realize I never posted pics of Rader John. He's such a doll! We adore this little man with his sweet and spunky personality. He's growing so fast and is soon to be a big brother.

Baby Austin #4

In March, the Austins will be a family of six! We're so excited to welcome our third little boy.  We're praying about a name for this guy. It's hard figuring this one out. Most likely, we'll know after we meet him.  For now, we pray and hope this one is healthy and has a smooth delivery.

Happy Birthday to our favorite guy!

I had to post about David too. His birthday is today and I love celebrating him. We had a picnic style dinner on the front lawn and ate cupcakes made by Lynette and the kids today. I love David Austin and I'm so grateful for the day he was born. He brings sunshine into our lives and is such a delight to walk through life with. Happy Birthday, David! We love you more than words could ever say.

Looking like a home-- an unorganized home, but still a home.

We did it! We moved most of our stuff over to the new house. We'll stay the night on Wednesday, which is crazy. It seems so odd that we won't be in out 2109 NE 27th Ave. home. I love it here! But, I am excited for the change ahead too. Here are some pics of the new place. It seems a lot smaller now that our stuff is in place, but we'll simplify, sell and find new pieces of furniture that work in the available spaces.
Living Room- we still have our other couch to move over and put against the wall. The bookshelf will be coming out and we'll add book shelves on the sides of the window. Plus, the pictures have yet to hung.

Living Room view from the front door.

Dining room view from the front door. The bench will eventually be at the entryway, but the for now it's there with all the people going in and out.

The fabulous table we bought off craigslist. This is a shot with the leaf.

We bought it with the rug and I love the colors.

Our messy master bedroom

My dresser and bookshelf. It looks a little funny now, but I think it will be fine once we get books up there, along with a mirror.

Master bathroom.

Plumbings is finished tomorrow and we'll have an operating sink!!!

View of our room from the bath- kinda small.

A Work in Progress

Things are coming together, but it's still a work in progress. We are moving most of our stuff on Saturday, but I think we may stay in our current house until Tuesday next week. We'll see. Things always take longer than we think, but we'll for sure be in within a week! Pretty crazy to be leaving our fabulous neighborhood, but exciting to have a new kitchen and renovated home. Not to mention, the yard looks great now that the sun is shining. The kids will have a blast!
The Living Room is waiting for furniture- ready to go

Master Bedroom ready to go

Charlie and Lyndsey's Room
Charlie and Lyndsey's Bathroom/ The Main bathroom- we still need to paint and tile and countertop. Should be done early next week.

I like our master bath vanity and the tile. The window is distratctingly ugly, but we'll replace later.

I love our new book shelves!
